A decision by the National Junior College Athletic Association means Madison College won’t be competing in any sanctioned athletic events during the 2020 fall semester.
The national association has moved all fall sports to next spring due to the coronavirus pandemic.
School officials say the players on all eight Madison College sports teams will be limited to practicing during the fall.
All athletic facilities will be closed during the semester, available only to athletes and physical education students.
