The American Red Cross has announced two opportunities to give blood in the lakeshore area.
The first blood drive is July 13th from noon to five at the United Way of Manitowoc County, 21 East Waldo Boulevard. Then next Thursday, July 16th from noon to 6pm at Grace Lutheran Church 2426 North Rapids Road in Manitowoc.
There continues to be an urgent need for blood donations as hospitals resume surgeries and treatments that require blood products.
