Early Sunday morning a Manitowoc Police officer came across an accident involving a stolen vehicle. The officer noticed the accident just before 3:30 am in the parking lot of a business on the 1000 block of North 21st Street involving three vehicles. Upon inspection, all three vehicles were abandoned, and one of the vehicles had been stolen some time that night. It is unknown if there were any injuries, or the identity of the person who stole the vehicle.
