The 7th U-S Circuit Court of Appeals has sided with Republican-based voting restrictions for Wisconsin elections.
Four years ago, a federal judge in Madison found those restrictions unconstitutional and discriminatory against minorities and the poor.
Conservatives got the win they were looking for Monday, just four months ahead of the November presidential election.
As part of that ruling, the panel of judges blocked the option allowing people to vote without an I-D if they show an affidavit saying they tried to get one.
