In the original Major League Baseball 2020 schedule the Milwaukee Brewers were set to open against the Chicago Cubs.
The schedule for the pandemic-delayed 60-game season was released Monday and the Brewers are playing the Cubs again. The difference is, the July 24th game will be at Wrigley Field.
The Cubs were supposed to open this season March 26th at Miller Park.
The closest spectators to the season opener in Chicago will be on the rooftops across the street.
After the three-game series against the Cubs, Milwaukee travels to Pittsburgh for three, then opens its home season against the St. Louis Cardinals Friday, July 31st, at 1:10 p-m.
