Brookfield police say there was nothing unusual about the arrest of a teenager that was caught on video.
The video, which went viral, shows several officers struggling with the 13-year-old boy suspected of shoplifting. Bodycam video shows the teen resist being put into handcuffs, spit at an officer, and then headbutt the same officer.
Brookfield police say the boy likely would have just received a ticket for the shoplifting, but he now faces more serious charges for assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.
