Even though Republican lawmakers have fought against making Wisconsin elections mail-in, they did take the opportunity to vote by absentee ballot.
The liberal group A Better Wisconsin Together reports more than 80% of Republican legislative members used absentee ballots to vote in April. That election included the presidential primary and a position on the state Supreme Court.
Democrats wanted that vote to be by absentee ballot only, but Republicans defeated that.
