Wisconsin’s governor says the hard decisions about how to resume classes for the fall semester will be made by local school officials. The Department of Public Instruction issued guidelines Monday requiring face masks, no more than 10 students in a class, and opening buildings only two days-a-week. Governor Evers told reporters Tuesday that those guidelines are only suggestions and school districts can follow them or make their own choices. Evers says he is confident that the local school districts will make good decisions for their own students.
