More roadwork is getting done in Sheboygan, this time on Geele Avenue.
That roadway will be closed to traffic between North 23rd Street and Calumet Drive beginning today. Crews will be replacing a water main, as well as some of the lead service pipes, and storm sewers, while also repairing the sidewalks, and putting down new asphalt pavement on the street.
This project is expected to last until sometime in September.
Another major project is taking place on Superior Avenue east of Taylor Drive in front of St. Nicholas Hospital.
That project is expected to take until November to complete.
