A former teacher who fought with an officer when he was arrested last year has pleaded guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated.
55-old Dennis H. Brunner is to report to the Rock County Jail this afternoon.
The February 2019 O-W-I charge was his fourth and this will be the third time the former teacher has served time behind bars.
The Janesville School District reports Brunner resigned in March 2019.
Police say Brunner resisted arrest until they threatened to tase him.
Then, they say he threatened them after being taken into custody.
