Charges have been filed against the 24-year-old driver of a car after a woman passenger jumped out while it was moving.
Twenty-two-year-old Taylor B. Ninnemann died of the injuries she suffered in the Sunday morning incident in Columbia County.
Ninnemann and Jeremiah L. Collins were arguing before she jumped.
Collins was arrested after deputies said he appeared to be intoxicated.
