The Mequon attorney accused of spitting on a high school student during a rally against racism now faces a hate crime charge.
The incident happened in Shorewood June 6th. Attorney Stephanie Rapkin parked her car in the street blocking the marchers. When she was urged to move the car, video shows the white attorney spitting on black teenager Eric Lucas.
Rapkin is charged with disorderly conduct as a hate crime and battery to a police officer in a second incident.
