The Manitowoc Bandits have announced their tentative baseball schedule for 2020. According to General Manager and Head Coach Chris Cisler, the Bandits season & home opener will now occur Wednesday, June 10th…at 7:30 against the Kewaskum A’s. Then, on Saturday June 13th there’s a doubleheader at Municipal on Military Appreciation Day. Game-1 has the Sheboygan A’s facing the Bandits in a 4:00 o’clock start…followed by a special military day program, and then the nightcap pitting Manitowoc against the Branch Blaze in an exhibition game.
Cisler says with COVID-19 in mind, all who come to the park should practice some social distancing. Masks will not be required, but feel free to use them. Concessions will be available with servers equipped with gloves & masks. No carry-ins, please. Game admission is free, but a small donation would be appreciated to help your 2019 Shoreland League champions.
