Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales is debunking the theory that most rioters are coming from out of state.
Morales says through Sunday 60 people have been arrested and only three had addresses outside Milwaukee.
Wisconsin’s largest city had a curfew in place from 9:00 p-m Sunday, lasting until 7:00 a-m today (Monday).
One Milwaukee police officer suffered minor injuries when he was shot at 3:30 a-m Sunday while responding to a call. He is expected to be okay.
