Daryl Watts and Abby Roque have been named co-offensive players of the year for the Wisconsin women’s hockey team.
Watts led the nation with 74 points and Roque was one of three finalists for the Patty Kazmaier Award as the nation’s top player.
Senior captain Mekenzie Steffen was chosen defensive player of the year and Chayla Edwards was freshman of the year.
Those awards are normally handed out during a season-ending banquet, but the event was called off this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
