The Two Rivers Zoning Baord of Appeals will gather via Zoom this evening.
During their 5:30 PM meeting, the board will hold a public hearing regarding an appeal to allow the construction of a two story addition near a dwelling in the 1800 block of Monroe Street.
The appeal is necessary because under current zoning codes, a total side yard of 15 feet with one side not being less than 6 feet in width is required. The addition would result in a side yard only 5 yards in width.
Action will be taken on the proposal this evening.
