The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame has postponed its 2020 induction banquet until next year.
The announcement was made Thursday.
The Hall says the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means the 50th annual ceremony will now be held April 17th, 2021. Packers Hall of Fame President Tom Konop says the change was made for the safety of all of the guests.
Inductees Charles Woodson and Al Harris will be honored. There will be special recognition for the most memorable moment in Packers history – with LeRoy Butler and Robert Brooks accepting on behalf of the Lambeau Leap.
