Milwaukee police say they think at least two of three violent attacks in the city’s downtown area may be connected. Two women and one man were injured in the attacks which came just three hours apart Thursday night. Two suspects tried to rob a worker at the Hilton Hotel, but the victim ran away, leaving the robbers just standing there. Thirty minutes later, two women were carjacked by a pair of armed suspects. Both women suffered facial injuries when the gun was used to hit them. Then, at about 1:00 a-m, a worker just finishing a cement job was punched during a robbery. The victim says he’s now been robbed twice in less than a month.
