The president of the N-C-A-A says the coronavirus pandemic means it’s unlikely all universities will begin competing in college sports at the same time.
Mark Emmert says no college athletes will be allowed to compete if that school’s students aren’t on campus.
He says the goal is for every team to be given an equal amount of preparation time before the fall seasons start.
Many states have different stay-at-home orders in effect, complicating the process.
