A couple of construction projects in the City of Sheboygan have closed down two small stretched of roadway.
Work began yesterday for the repair of a swear on Huron Avenue, which has closed off the area between North 16th and 17th Streets. That project is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
The second project, conducted by Union Pacific Railroad, is requiring traffic to be re-routed around Calumet Drive north of Geele Avenue.
Access will be allowed for people going to businesses located on that stretch.
The replacement of the railway crossing begins today, and should be completed by Friday.
