Oral arguments before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, over the governor’s Safer at Home order, will be streamed live starting Tuesday morning at 10:00 a-m.
The case is “Wisconsin Legislature versus Andrea Palm.”
Legislative Republicans will ask the high court to block the extension of the order.
They say Palm, the Secretary-designee of the Department of Health Services, didn’t have the authority to extend it through May 26th.
