The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Tuesday on the Republican challenge to the extension of Governor Tony Evers’ Safer at Home order.
The court voted six-to-one Friday to take the case.
Republican lawmakers filed the lawsuit last month after the order was extended to May 26th by the D-H-S secretary, Andrea Palm.
They say Palm didn’t have the authority to extend the order and they’re asking the court to issue a temporary injunction blocking it.
