The chairman of the Democratic Party says he expects an in-person convention to be held in Milwaukee.
That event is scheduled to start the week of August 17th after the coronavirus pandemic forced a delay.
Chairman Tom Perez won’t rule out the possibility that some portions might be conducted virtually.
Fifty thousand delegates are expected to attend the Democratic National Convention.
Former Vice President Joe Biden, who would be nominated at the event, has said the convention might have to be completely virtual.
