It’s called “Zoom-bombing” and the Milwaukee Election Commission was victimized Sunday afternoon.
A video conference call to discuss absentee ballots had to be postponed until today at 11:00 a-m when the gathering was interrupted by hackers who flooded the meeting video with racist and pornographic images.
Commission members say they won’t be using Zoom this morning.
They need to discuss the guidelines from the state on counting late-arriving absentee ballots.
As of Saturday, the commission reported it had received about 11 thousand.
