The Manitowoc County Recycling Center is still offering two options for those who need mulch and/or screened compost.
Deliveries can still be arranged as normal, however payments will need to be made through the mail, as the main office is closed at this time.
Those who wish to pick up their order will have to mail their payment in in advance, and the Center will call to set up a time for the customer to pick up their order.
Farms and businesses with existing accounts simply need to call to set up an appointment.
