Running back Tyler Ervin showed the Green Bay Packers enough in four games that the team has decided to bring him back for another season.
The 5th-year player rejuvenated the Packers slumbering kick return game.
He averaged nearly 27 yards on kickoff returns and 9.6 yards on punt returns.
Green Bay had been struggling with the worst kick return performance in the N-F-L until Ervin was claimed off waivers from Jacksonville last December.
General manager Brian Gutekunst announced Monday Ervin had been re-signed for the 2020 season.
