A guest at Howard Johnson Plaza in Madison tells police a man pulled her into his home and started touching her Tuesday night.
The 37-year-old victim says she fought him off, managed to break free and returned to her room.
59-year-old Phillip A. Jordan has denied any wrongdoing.
He’s being held on suspicion of sexual assault, disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
The woman says she knows her alleged attacker, but only by his street name.
She says he threatened her if she didn’t keep her mouth shut.
