The Mount Horeb Fire Department reports a man’s body was found inside a burned home Wednesday morning.
Fire crews were called to the scene at about 11:40 a-m, and officials say the call came in as a structure fire, then a later caller said a man was possibly trapped inside.
The victim’s name and age have been released.
Mount Horeb fire units were joined by firefighters from Verona and Barneveld.
