
The Milwaukee Bucks are the first N-B-A to take concrete action to help the more than 1,000 hourly workers at the Fiserv Forum who lost their income when the league suspended play.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was the first player to pledge $100,000 Friday, with all-star teammate Khris Middleton following close behind. Every player on the roster pledged to make a donation and the Bucks organization will match them, dollar-for-dollar.
If the stoppage lasts for more than 30 days the franchise says it will take further steps.
