The Wisconsin Badgers look like a solid pick to defend their regular-season Big Ten Conference basketball title next season.
While dealing with the disappointment of an abruptly ended season, the Badgers know they have a solid group of returning players.
Only sharp-shooting Brevin Pritzl is graduating, and Wisconsin will return four of its five starters, 84 percent of its minutes and nearly 87 percent of its scoring next season.
Since the Badgers won their last eight games and compiled a 16-and-5 record after Micah Potter became eligible, they figure to be a pre-season favorite.
