Two South Milwaukee residents have pleaded not guilty to felony child abuse and neglect charges connected to the death of a four-year-old girl.
22-year-old Jerome Millen and 21-year-old Christina Collado entered the pleas Wednesday during appearances in Milwaukee County Court.
Millen and Collado are scheduled to return to court a week from today (Thursday).
The four-year-old girl died February 28th and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner ruled the death was a homicide.
Collado reportedly told investigators she knew Millen was abusing her child.
