Manitowoc County Sheriff Dan Hartwig has confirmed that their SWAT team is dealing with a barricaded individual on Johnson Drive south of Shoto. Hartwig says the situation is contained and the public is not in danger.
Authorities are asking the public to stay away from the area and the roadway is blocked to all access there. No further information is being released at this time and details will be released once the situation is resolved.
Authorities have blocked off County Road B at Highway 310 and completely barricaded the Roadway at Shoto Road.
