The Manitowoc Police Department went to Facebook late last week, asking for the public to help identify an individual who may be responsible for a burglary and theft of a vehicle.
The incident reportedly took place near Hamann Road.
The MPD also reached out to those that are a part of the Ring Neighbors Program for any video surveillance that may be available.
