After a slow start to the current season, the Wisconsin Badgers could move into a tie for first place in the Big Ten standings with a win over Northwestern tonight (Wednesday).
The teams meet at the Kohl Center with tipoff at 8:00 P-M. Wisconsin (19-10, 12-6 B1G) is looking for its seventh straight victory and still has its sights on the top seed in the Big Ten Conference tournament.
The Badgers are heavy favorites over a Wildcat team which has just two conference wins – both over Nebraska – and carries a 7-and-21 record.
Wisconsin also has a 14-and-1 record on the home court.
