A Janesville man who was drunk when he was involved in a fatal head-on accident last May has been sentenced to 14 years in prison.
33-year-old Thomas Bluhm entered a guilty plea last November to a charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Witnesses said Bluhm was going around 100 miles-an-hour when he tried to pass another car and caused the wreck.
Killed was 33-year-old passenger David M. Savona.
Bluhm will be on probation for 17 years after he gets out of prison.
