Manitowoc Lincoln Girls Gymnastics will have an individual qualifier in the WIAA State Meet at Wisconsin Rapids next weekend.
Ships Junior Caroline Ramminger advances with a 5th place finish in the All-Around with a score of 35.125 at the Hartford Union Sectional yesterday. Ramminger also qualified on the floor exercise and bars.
As a team, the Ships of Coach Jacque Bartow placed 3rd behind Sectional champion Hartford Union at 145.625 & Homestead at 135.3. Manitowoc just missed out on a State bid with a 134-point-60 team score.
Among other area schools Sheboygan North/South finished 6th in the 8-team field.
Ramminger will compete at State next Saturday.
