The City of Manitowoc has announced that this year’s Bicycle and Personal Property Auction will be taking place on Saturday April 25th.
Each year the Manitowoc Police Department collects hundreds of abandoned bicycles, and other personal property, and after giving the rightful owners plenty of opportunity to claim their items, places them on the auction block.
Viewing of the items will start at 8:00 AM, and the auction will kick off at 9:00 AM. All items must be paid for on the day of the auction and are being sold as is.
More details on the items that will be available will be announced soon, as the MPD is still compiling the list.
City of Manitowoc bicycle license may be obtained at the City Auction as well, cost $2 per license.
