One Wisconsin lawmaker wants to wait until the investigation into a six-year-old’s death at her school bus stop is complete before looking at new laws. State Rep. Scott Krug said he wants to know why an elderly man ran-down the little girl, before trying to see if a new law can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Krug says you can’t legislate the weather, but lawmakers can do something about distracted driving. The six-year-old died last week while waiting for her bus in Plainfield.
