The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the owner of a dog who reportedly bit a 7-year-old child.
Witnesses say the canine bit the child in the face without provocation at around 11:00 AM on Sunday on the 100 block of Baird Creek Road.
The dog was a black, white, and grey Husky, and was being walked by a Hispanic man, estimated to be between 30 and 40 years old. This man had a buzzcut and was wearing an oversized tan coat.
He was also with a teenage boy, who was wearing a black hat and coat.
