A 36-year-old Darlington man has admitted committing sex crimes against children. Elam Allgyer entered guilty pleas to a half-dozen charges during an appearance in Lafayette County Circuit Court.
A sentencing hearing hasn’t been scheduled.
Allgyer, 25-year-old Elmer Stoltzfus and 31-year-old Benjamin Allgyer met with authorities last summer to talk about the child sexual assaults which happened when they were teenagers.
Stoltzfus has pleaded guilty, but Benjamin Allgyer has a court hearing coming up on February 26th.
