Roncalli hosted Two Rivers in a Girl/Boy Basketball doubleheader last night.
Brian Norton was at the games and reported that the Jets snuck by the Raiders in a low scoring game, 38-35.
Maya Lusk of Roncalli drained a pair of free throws late to take a three-point lead, and a last second three point shot by Two Rivers fell short. The Jets are now 11-9 overall and 6-6 in conference. Two Rivers falls to 10-9 on the year and 5-7 in league.
The boys game was not as competitive as Roncalli Dominated Two Rivers 83-50. The Jets were lead by Austin Kratz, who contributed 18, while the Raiders’ Cam Dafner who accounted for 13 points.
Roncalli is now 16-3, and 10-1 in the EWC. Two Rivers fell to 7-11 and 3-8 in league play.
