The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says it has identified a runner who could be a potential witness in a homicide investigation in the Blue Mounds area.
Nicholas Day was killed January 15th and witnesses reported seeing a man jogging in the area of the Mount Horeb Municipal Building.
Investigators are reviewing a large amount of video from the area that day.
Madison Area Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in Day’s homicide.
