The Sheboygan Police have now revealed what was in the suspicious package found outside the Social Security Administration Building on Tuesday.
According to police reports, the item ended up being a car battery charger inside a black trash bag.
Police were called to investigate the package shortly before 10:00 AM on Tuesday, and quickly closed off the area, and called the Milwaukee Bomb Squad.
The Bomb Squad interrogated the package and gave the all clear by around 11:30 AM.
Reports indicate that there was a note found inside the bag as well.
It was not revealed what exactly the note said, but police indicate that it was not threatening in nature.
