The Beloit School Board has voted unanimously to accept the resignation from Superintendent Stanley Munro and to elect new board officers.
Right after those decisions were made, the school board hosted a public listening session Sunday.
The room was filled with community residents who want to improve the environment inside the city’s schools.
One teacher said there is a lack of communication between teachers and the district’s leadership.
New officer elections are expected at today’s (Tuesday’s) school board meeting.
