A trial has been scheduled on May 11th for a Madison paramedic accused of sexually assaulting a patient in the back of an ambulance.
37 year-old Timothy Ovadal has entered a not guilty plea to charges of second-degree sexual assault of an emergency patient and fourth-degree sexual assault.
The patient says Ovadal touched her as she was strapped to a gurney on an ambulance transport from Janesville to Stoughton Hospital last May.
