A 30-year-old Manitowoc man was taken into police custody after a fight in the parking lot of The Haven.
Officers were sent to the area at around 8:15 PM last night after the fight was reported.
A witness to the scuffle showed a video of the altercation to the officer.
The suspect had pulled up to the victim and began yelling at him about the volume of his exhaust.
When the victim attempted to leave his vehicle, the suspect slammed the victim’s door, causing the window to break.
The victim then got out of his vehicle and demanded the suspect pay for the damage, which is when the physical altercation began.
The suspect struck the victim multiple times, before the scuffle ended, causing injuries to the victim.
The suspect was taken into custody, and charged with Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and Recklessly Endangering Safety.
