Police in Fond du Lac started 2020 with an hours long standoff.
The incident started just after 6:30 in the 100 block of Hamilton Place, as Fond du Lac Police, and SWAT responded to what is being termed a “tactical situation”.
When officials arrived on the scene, gunshots were heard, but they could not make contact with the suspected shooter.
After several hours of negotiation with crisis negotiators, the two men and one woman that were in the residence surrendered peacefully.
No one was injured in the incident, and police are not revealing any additional details at this time, including the names and ages of the suspects.
