Authorities in Taylor County say a 65-year-old man who died in a two-vehicle accident New Year’s Eve was plowing snow from a driveway at the time.
The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call at about 1:15 P-M.
Deputies say James Plenk was operating a pickup with a blade to clear the snow off the driveway.
Plenk had been pushed the snow to the other side of the road when he drove in front of the second vehicle.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital and Plenk died.
