The final meeting for the year in the City of Two Rivers will be held at 6:00 PM this evening in the Committee Room in City Hall.
The Personnel and Finance Committee will be discussing the mortgage related to the TID Number 8 development agreement for the Washington highlands, as well as a recommendation to change ambulance charges.
The Committee will also be entering a closed session to discuss several items, including proposed TIF development agreements with Riverside Foods, and Arrow Restaurant Holdings LLC.
They will also be looking at a pair of potential property sales, and acquisitions. This will be the final meeting for the week, and the year in the Cool City.
The City of Manitowoc will not be holding any meetings this week.
