Bart Starr and Aaron Rodgers were also finalists, but Brett Favre was the only Packer quarterback named to the N-F-L 100 All-Time team.
The list was released Friday.
Six other Green Bay Packers were honored, including Don Hutson, Forrest Gregg, Cal Hubbard, Reggie White, Vince Lombardi and Curly Lambeau.
